Movement campaign & organizing strategy
We're a political consulting firm for the movement. We help campaigns and organizations recruit and train candidates, structure their organizations and stay compliant, and develop the policy they run and govern on.
Services
We work with movement campaigns and organizations in four areas: candidate recruitment, training, compliance, and policy.
We help organizations find and recruit candidates, vet them, and prepare them to run. We focus on candidates who reflect the districts they want to represent.
We train candidates, campaign staff, and volunteers. Sessions are built around your campaign rather than a standard curriculum.
We advise on how to structure your organization — nonprofits, (c)(4)s, PACs, and how they relate — and on a compliance strategy that keeps your political work within the rules. We do the strategy and structure, not filings or legal advice.
We help campaigns and elected officials develop policy: setting an agenda, drafting legislation and platform language, and planning how to pass it.
Our tools
We've built software to research legal and compliance questions and to make that research available to organizers, not only lawyers.
A searchable database of federal and state election law: FECA, the Voting Rights Act, FARA, IRS nonprofit rules, FEC advisory opinions and enforcement actions. Plain-language research on contribution limits, disclosure, and what nonprofits can and can't do.

We come out of organizing and nonprofit work rather than traditional consulting. We start from the people and resources an organization already has, and we aim to leave it stronger than we found it.
(c)(3) and (c)(4) strategy, civic engagement, and compliance.
Member-to-member programs, endorsed-candidate support, and independent expenditures.
First-time and movement candidates building a campaign from the ground up.
Tell us about your campaign or organization and what you're trying to do, and we'll let you know how we can help.
